How do I get in to interview celebrities at concerts and such with just me and a camera and a friend?

You know on youtube random people are interviewing celebrities who are not even famous. How do they get back there and how are they allowed to?

    The band but wait till after the show so just keep an interview or whatever but they normally hang out for an interview or whatever.
    An interview or whatever but wait till after most of the fans around them have cleared out for an eye out before and ask them and.
